    Jegin Consult is hiring an Admin Assistant for a Clinic in Woji, Port Harcourt

    Job description:

    • Personal Assistant to the Chief Medical Director

    • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.

    • Accounts Clerks.

    • Assist in resolving any administrative problems

    • Run company’s errands.

    • Provide Operational support

    • The individual would be working from the Clinic office located in Woji, Port Harcourt.

    Desired Qualification and Skills

    • OND in Administrative/ accounting related background

    • Honest and hardworking

    • A motivated individual that loves figures

    • Stock taking and accountable

    • Proficiency in Ms. Word & Ms. Excel a must.

    • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment

    • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
