Administrative Assistant at DevTech Systems - Abuja
DevTech is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Abuja to support the Director of Operations in the management of the S4SIPMS Country Office Operations and HR activities.
Qualifications:
• HND or BSc in Operations, Business Administration or related field.
• At least two (2) year experience in a similar position.
• Good numeracy, written, verbal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the use of office equipment i.e. fax, photocopiers, camera etc.
• Computer literate, with keyboard skills and experience of work processing (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Experience Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner
• Good written skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize essential duties
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
