• Small business management experience is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, presentation, time-management and client relationship skills.
• Management, decision-making, problem solving skills.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Proximity/nearness to location is very essential.
Job Responsibilities:
• The ability to create sales opportunities and close deals.
• Develop and implement strategies with the goal of meeting or exceeding company goals and objectives.
• High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• Build a strong management team by demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, providing a clear vision and inspiring staff to achieve excellence.
• Lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement and open communication.
• Drive a culture of reward, recognition, respect and professionalism. Coach and develop staff to build their leadership skills and function knowledge.
• Develop and support positive relationship with outside vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure employee relations issues are managed fairly and consistently, in coordination with Human Resources. Promote effective communication and active employee engagement by creating a positive employee environment.
• Engage as a member of the management team through participation in management meetings and reporting on weekly departmental performance and initiatives.
