The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience, data entry skills, excellent verbal communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, listening skills, phone skills, and be able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers with knowledge and empathy
- Assist the customer in identifying his/her needs
- Product knowledge, including features and benefits
- Process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs
- Solve customer issues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
- Customer Service position entails a high amount of customer interaction over the phone.
- Accurately document customer account
- Effectively transfer customer requests to the appropriate party as needed
- Answering client calls and online chats
- Performing basic data entry and account maintenance
- Delivering exceptional client service to build client satisfaction and loyalty
- Providing effective and timely resolution for a range of client inquiries
- Utilizing all resources and tools to troubleshoot and diagnose client issues
- Upselling new items and add-ons to customer accounts
Customer Service Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency
- Email and Chat experience a plus
- Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Call Center Customer Service experience a must
- Social Media experience a plus
- Type 35 wpm
