Swift Rental Cars Limited, a a rental company, is hiring Control Room/Customer Service Representatives in Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities:

1. Logging and processing of calls

2. Generate relevant reports on daily basis.

3. Effective vehicle tracking and monitoring

4. Submission of damage report where necessary and daily routine check on all incoming vehicles

5. Manage all forms and submission (Vehicle complain report, Incident report, Near miss report, Chauffeur to Chauffeur etc.)

6. Track and monitor routes of vehicles on the company internal tracking program.

7. Conduct briefing and de-briefing sessions with drivers and ensure all documentation is verified.

8. Collect and capture all trip information in accordance with relevant company policies and procedures.

9. Complete incident or accident documentation as and when required.

1. Good organizational, creative, coordinating and time management .

2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

3. Interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work under pressure

5. Analytical skills and Computer skills

Requirements

1. Minimum of OND in any relevant field

2. 1-2 years’ relevant experience

3. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

4. Must be willing to work shift
