Customer Care Representative at Arvo Finance
Arvo Finance - We are recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Care Representative in Lagos.
Job Description
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the complaint
- Following up to ensure speedy resolution of the complaint
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Manage large amounts of incoming and outbound calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and retention
- Keep record of interactions with customers; adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for calling and inform customers of deals and promotions
- Work with team members to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / month.How to Apply
