Job Responsibilities:

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Interact with customers on behalf of an organization.

Provide information about products and services,

Take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions

Suggesting information about other products and services

Requirements:

B.Sc in any degree

Must be a serving NYSC member
