Adunni Organics, a line of natural skin care products made in Lagos Nigeria, is looking for a Customer Service Officer in Lagos
Job Description
- The duty of the CSO is to interphase with customers by answering product questions, and suggesting information about other products.
- Process orders, manage product inventory, assist in administrative duties, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
