Responsibilities
- Researching educational organisations, institutions, agencies and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Researching educational institutions online to aid in consulting and counselling admission prospects.
- Own conversion of leads to actual revenue/paying customers.
- Managing customer correspondence, cross selling company products/services and closing transactions for potential clients.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Requirements
- Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for advocating unique brands that provide unrivaled customer service?
- Are you a graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience (internship/NYSC/full time employment) in customer service or client account management in education consulting, experiential marketing or the travel industry?
- Do you have call-center experience? (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Are you proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and any Customer Relationship Management system?
