    Job Details

    • Responsible for maintaining, overseeing and is accountable for the fixed asset management and operation of the company’s store through inventory & expense control.

    • Fixed Asset Management

    • Inventory Management

    • Store Management

    • Materials/Products Inspections

    • Safety and security—the individual observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.

    • Departmental Reports- Generate the required weekly, monthly, quarterly, exception, bi-annually and annually reports/presentations.

    • Quality control—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.

    • Safety and security—the individual actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly.

    • Document Control - Reviewing and keeping records of transaction of sale and purchase goods and services

    • A good first degree in sciences would be an added advantage

    • 0 -1 year of related administrative/store management experience.
