Responsibilities
- Verify invoices.
- File and maintain all invoices and documents
- Process Invoices on POE/ Work-on approval.
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Scan and forward payment packs to Corporate
- Validate travel claims and cash allowances
- Reconcile credit card and cash advances.
- All other ad hoc duties to RBNG finance team.
Competencies & Qualifications
- 1- 2 years experience in Accounting function
- First degree in Accounting or relevant degree
- Good analytical, organizational, accounting and administration skills.
- Good communication skills.
- PC literate with excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
