Dew Point - Our client, a leading IT company is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of HR / Admin Executive in Lagos.
Job Description
- Our client is a leading IT company with various business focused on the Healthcare, logistics and transport sectors; they are currently In need of an HR/Admin Executive that would assist with office and personnel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain staff records/Statistics
- Assist with Performance Management Programs
- Manage Company Pension Fund and dealing with Pension Fund Administrators
- Ensure the implementation of the disciplinary procedure.
- Vet payroll and addressing pay discrepancies
- Analyzing Training needs, Preparing Training Plans/Calendars and dealing with Industrial Training Fund
- Checking references and organizing background checks
Key Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1 year HR related experience in an IT related business.
- Minimum of HND, LL.B/ B.Sc/ B.A in Social Sciences or related field, or a Professional certification in HR (such CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an added advantage.
- Demonstrates integrity, leadership skills.
- Demonstrates organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to architect and drive change.
- Ability to influence senior management.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
