Job Details

The position requires a competent, young and experienced HR professional with requisite competence to drive HR strategies and implement existing policies and frameworks among other roles.

Competencies:

Understanding of the oil and gas sector, effective communication, good people management skills, IT Savvy, innovative, possess leadership skills.

Requirements:

Minimum of Second class honors in any of the following departments; social sciences, humanities and law from a reputable Nigerian University, relevant professional certification (CIPM, SPHRI)
