    SENCE Agric, an Agribusiness Consulting Company, is hiring a Personal Assistant in Lagos

    Job Description

    · The position requires a smart, presentable individual to perform the following duties;

    · Maintain and manage the CEO’s diary

    · Arrange and book appointments

    · Organize meetings

    · Take minutes of meetings

    · Answer telephone and receive messages

    · Make hotel and flights reservations

    · File documents

    · Prepare letters, presentations etc.

    · Handle requests and queries

    · Prepare reports

    · Any other duties as assigned

    The candidates should have;

    1. First degree with 1-3 years experience working as a personal assistant

    2. Good written and communication skills

    3. Eyes for details

    4. Good time management skills

    5. A very good understanding of Social media and the ability to use it successfully.

    6. Highly developed organisational skills.
