    Alan & Grant is hiring a Project Admin Officer for her client in Port Harcourt

    Job Purpose

    The Job holder will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate project activities and perform administrative functions concerned with the Project.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    -Provide day to day administrative and logistics assistance and support

    -Prepare reports and provide accurate information as required

    -Create and update work flows

    -Organize meetings, take minutes and keep up to date records of vendors, contractors etc.

    -Track project process and mange projects

    Qualification and Experience:

    -BSC in Business Admin or related discipline

    -Must have worked in a similar role

    -Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications including Project Management Software
