Sales and Marketing Executive at FinEstate
- FinEstate is a real estate investing platform that allows users to take advantage of foreign real estate investment opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with potential customers or conduct sales visits
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, face to face, networking and social media
- Demonstrate and present product to customers
- Source and establish new signups and paying customers
- Work towards monthly or quarterly targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Resilience
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Commercial awareness
- IT and numerical skills.
- Being able to speak more than one local language fluently will also be a useful skill.
