    Rosabon Financial Services, a child company of The Concept Group, is hiring Sales Executives in Lagos, Rivers (Port-Harcourt), Abuja, and Delta (Warri).

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell company products to both individuals and corporates.
    • Generate new sales leads for the organization.
    • Follow up with existing clients and sustain long-term business relationships.
    • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
    • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
    • Answer customers’ enquiries and provide correct answers; troubleshooting and creating positive customer experience.
    • Meet and exceed all sales quotas and goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in business administration or related fields.

    Experience:

    • Zero to two years' relevant sales experience.
    • General awareness of services offered by the non-banking financial industry.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Impressive sales capability.
    • Exceptional customer care focus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Goal-orientation and self-starter.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
