1. Sales/ Marketing Personnel (SMT/002)

Ensuring high level of customer satisfactions through excellent sales services

Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features.

Welcoming customer to the store and answering queries

Remain knowledgeable on product offered and discuss available option

Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
