GIG Logistics, a Logistics Company, is recruiting is Service Centre Agents for its Lekki & Ajah office in Lagos.
Position Description
- A customer service role with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Required Experience/Skills
- B.Sc/HND qualification in any field
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service/ customer management
- Computer literacy
- Good command of the English language
- Appreciable knowledge and use of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience working in a courier company is an added advantage
Personality requirements/Traits:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving and persuasion skills
- Self-motivation, determination, confidence and result oriented.
