Social Media and Live Chat Executive at Proten International
Proten International Talent Solutions - Our client, a leading internet service provider across Nigeria seeks a social media / live chat expert with 1-3 years’ experience.
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
1] Manage customer complaints originating via chat or email or social networking sites
2] Help customer purchase new accounts or plan upgrade via Web Chat.
3] Provide 100% assistance to customers reaching Customer Service via Web Chat
4] Render support on queries and technical issues (L2) regarding devices and network
5] Exercise diagnostic skills for proper resolution as per process
6] Handle customer complaints on behalf of HOD-CSD
Qualification and Skills
1. Tertiary education graduate in a relevant field.
2. Good written communication
3. Analytical & Comprehension skills
4. Adapt at resolving customer query & complaints
5. High familiarity with social media related communication
6. Required to work on multiple client applications
7. Required to work in multiple rotational shift pattern to support operational requirement
8. Posses Commercial and Sales Acumen
9. Excel Knowledge is a MUST
