Job Duties

• Social Media Management, Reporting, Monitoring and Analysis

• Create reports that seek to understand social media engagement patterns as it concerns the brand and audience involved

• Leveraging customer insight and research to reporting and analysis of social media platforms, brand-audience interactions and online content performance.

• Preparing detailed weekly social media reports highlighting key metrics needed to make important business decisions by Digital Brand Managers.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results when needed.

• Monitor brand and team activities on all social media platform ensuring that all social pages are moderated, comments are responded to in a timely manner.

• Review all brand pages daily and ensure all customer queries are responded to in a timely manner, without grammatical or spelling errors.

• Monitor and report on feedback from brands online platforms, including online reviews

Excellent copywriting skills, ability to engage and create conversations on social media pages would be an added advantage.
