Overall purpose of the job: The Process Intern will be responsible for researching and analyzing the processes and systems to be used for recommendations to improve client’s processes.

1. Attending meeting with Process consultant to discuss clients’ needs and
expectations.
2. Take minutes during meetings.
3. Responsible for proper documentation.
4. Relationship management with assigned Clients.
5. Carrying out research on processes.

Qualification/Experience:

• First Degree in Business, Engineering or any related Field
• Academic or work experience in business analysis and consultancy.

• Able to capture information accurately.
• Problem solving skills
• Good communications and customer service skills
• Fast Learner
• Smart and diligent
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio.
