    The PopUp Marché is hiring an Executive Assistant (Intern) in Lagos.

    Responsibilities
    To assist the founders and other freelance members of the team in day to day activities,
    particularly monitoring progress and reporting on various projects
    To maintain and manage their filing systems and update records as required
    To prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, agendas and take minutes at meetings as
    requested, ensuring that minutes are prepared and distributed, and follow-up on actions from meetings
    To sort the founders incoming mail and e-mails and to provide comprehensive secretarial
    support in relation to correspondence – logging, forwarding, prioritizing, responding
    To make travel and hotel arrangements where necessary, except show related travel
    To make and receive telephone calls as needed for various tasks related to ongoing projects
    To maintain the calendar across time zones and set up meetings as appropriate
    Responsible for collecting and monitoring all requisitions for the team
    Organize all catering and logistics where necessary
    Assist in the execution of press releases and sending necessary emails to press contacts
    Assist and organise other members of the team especially hair and makeup and logistics for events
    Ensure all bookings and follow ups are seamless
    Performing any other appropriate tasks or duties as required, at the request of the founder(s).

    Requirements:
    The applicant must;
    Proven experience as a relevant administrative support experience.
    In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
    High school diploma.
    Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
    Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
    A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
    Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma

    Salary: N 30,000 – N35,000
