    • Market Research - Work with the team to conduct market research and analysis to create detailed plans and feasibility studies on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.) as well as to understand threats.
    • Customer Acquisition - Create, design and manage content to acquire new customers and manage existing customer relationships, understanding their requirements, ensuring their needs are met.
    • Cross-functional Team Management - Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (People, Finance, Growth, Technology, Operations etc.)
    • Business Planning and Intelligence (Metrics Monitoring and Reporting) -Monitor performance of our business and commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for key leadership as well as assisting with setting,managing and monitoring financial targets and budget development.
    • Strategy Design + Presentation - Responsible for client business planning,strategy formulation and execution as well as presenting to leadership, and supporting leadership with vision, goal setting, product vision etc.
    • Growth and Technology - Support and coordinate with the technology and growth teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product etc.) to generate leads and drive tech adoption
    • Critical Thinking - The ability to understand and analyse problems and find solutions
    • Problem Solving - The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
    • Decision Making - The ability to make decisions around things such as requirement prioritisation, scope, assessing the viability of solutions, etc.


    • Bachelor's from an accredited university
    • Some experience in developing project proposals and managing relationships with key stakeholders
    • A fair understanding of research and research methods and analysis for business projects
    • Good knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
    • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset on business development
    • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proven experience in a Growth Analysis role
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
