Job Description

• Prepare estate budget;
• Provide facility maintenance services;
• Provide facility administrative services;
• Manage procurement and contractors;
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in line with HSE regulations;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
He/she should be either:

• An undergraduate Estate Management, Building Construction or Mechanical Engineering student from an accredited Polytechnic seeking industrial training; OR
• A Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Estate Management, Building Construction or Mechanical Engineering graduate from an accredited University who is currently undergoing National Youth Service Corp Programme.
