RESPONSIBILITIES
- He/she is responsible for performing clerical duties in the office
- Receiving incoming and outgoing calls on behalf of the organization.
- Preparing documents and powerpoint slide for the departments
- Disbursing mails, memos and correspondence to the different organization.
- Managing the calendars of the organization.
- As an Administrative Assistants, you assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing documents.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND / B.Sc in Administration, Secretarial Studies or any related discipline
- 1 - 6 years work experience.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and innovative.
- Ability to work remotely.
