    Workforce Group - We are currently sourcing for an Administrative Assistant for a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company in Nigeria.

    Job Details

    The Ideal candidate will be carry out the following responsibilities:

    - Handling general administrative tasks and contributing to the achievement of the corporate objectives.

    - Ensure good event organization and filing of all documents linked to PH activities.

    - Coordinate travel logistics.

    - Prepare sales report and upload on PH SharePoint. Stay informed and support with security situation monitoring and updates.

    - Planning and follow-up of participation in local and international scientific congresses, for Pharma team and customers.

    - Organization and follow-up of the Commercial Lead’s calendar and travel plans.

    - Establish purchase requisitions and purchase orders; perform goods receipts

    Requirements:

    - Diploma or HND or University Degree

    - Excellent communication skill, fluent in English, spoken and written

    - Winning personality, open to interact with people

    - High degree of self-motivation, ability to work under minimal supervision

    - Good IT skills in MS Windows and Office
