XGO Technology Limited, a technology company, is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise the activities of the support staff
- Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
- Review, compare, analyse and approve products and services to be purchased
- Coordinate repairs of equipment and supervise maintenance technicians
- Coordinate the use of company pool cars
- Facility Management
Qualifications
- OND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
