    Tempkers is a tech-outsourcing and freelance community that takes a human centered design thinking approach to bring employers and skilled workers together. We are recruiting to fill the position of an Administrative Officer in Abuja.

    Job Description
    Duties:

    • General day to day management of the administrative processes in the office.
    • To liaise with all departments to ensure all issues are resolved and ensure the provision of functional logistics to support the delivery of company set outcomes.
    • Development of structure and processes to ensure routine and incidental maintenance of all assets of the company.
    • Develop and oversee ALL administrative functions which include but not limited to office equipment, motor vehicles, motorbikes, petty cash, Excellent and adequate Report writing, Record Keeping and Accounts.
    • Conduct customer surveys bi-annually, to ensure service delivery is consistent and maintained at established standards.
    • This role also includes security and exemplary cleanliness of the office at all times.
    • Keeping Minutes of all office meetings.
    • Supporting processes in marketing particularly phone call marketing and other processes that will generate business for the company. This also includes working in partnership with persons in other teams to enhance successful business development.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in an Administrative Executive.
    • Position is compulsory, analytical mind with great people skills.
