    A facility management company needs a young, smart individual for business development.

    Role – Business Development Officer

    Location – Lagos

    Job requirements:

    • Ability to work from flexible locations

    • Great communication skills as interface with clients is required

    • Basic understanding of facilities management and project management

    • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.

    • Basic business development skills

    • Ability to self-motivate and multitask

    • Ability to use Microsoft tools and develop reports

    • Job can exceed the boundaries of Lagos, so may be required to travel

    • Candidates can be smart fresh graduates / 1 or 2 yrs. maximum experience
