DLVR Logistics, a logistics company in Lagos, is hiring a Call Center Agent in Lagos.

Job Duties

- receive calls from interested parties, answer their inquiries and follow up till closed

- follow up on vendors who have expressed interest in a DVRL product or service

- follow up on prospective customers via mobile

- take orders and resolve issues which are reported

- work with a database to target new customers or vendor

Requirments

Ideally you are a young professional who is interested in helping customers solve problems. students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

To do well in this role, you will need to be

- a good communicator, fluent in spoken and written English

- sharp, quick on your feet at solving problesm

- great at managing your time and other resources to deliver consistently without excuses

- computer and internet savvy
