Experience:

• 1 — 3 years experience in a similar role. Education: Minimum of 2.2 bachelor's degree from a reputable university

Job Description

• Assists to sell various loan products for organization and ensure optimal level of customer services through various sales calls in a fast-paced working environment;
• Achieves set monthly targets as agreed in daily/weekly/monthly reviews;
• Actively sells other financial products in professional manner;
• Monitors all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues;
• Coordinates with customers and provide various company plans and services and detail requirements for all products;
• Assesses competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities;
• Cold calling of prospective clients and ensures at least 70% conversion rate;
• Meets personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets;
• Closes new target accounts within specified days of first contact;

Requirements & Skills

• Candidates must have experience working with IPPIS Lending operations.
• Sales and marketing.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Customer and Personal service.
