Pruvia Integrated Limited - We are recruiting to fill the position of a Client Relationship Executive in Lagos.

Job Descriptions

• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Create plans to address clients business needs
• Guide clients on making decisions
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Act as the first point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Study competitions to find new ways to get new customers
• Help sales team up-sell and cross-sell services and products
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g sales, engineers, senior management) to address customer’s needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum OND in a relevant field.
• Good communications skill
• 1-2 years of experience in a Sales/Marketing or relevant role
• Must be computer savvy
• Must reside in Lekki and environs
• Ability to drive is an added advantage
