We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Objective / Summary

• Building and Maintaining profitable relationship with customers
• Attending to Customer requests promptly and efficiently.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and processing same.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Prompt processing of & follow up on client liquidation/termination (payment) requests
• Prompt processing of clients' investment mandates through Operations Unit. Update daily reconciliation report
• Generation & prompt dispatch of all Investment Certificates/Letters
• Work with Operations to book all Bond & Eurobond investments on the system. Effectively track ALL clients' coupon payments
• Ensure 0% client complaint level / escalate & resolve client complaints
• Production of Product & Service Performance report
• Production of Liquidation reports
• Responsible for calling 10 dormant Mass Affluent clients per week and driving reactivation of same
• Record client information from bi-annual client profile update exercise.
