U-Connect Human Resources Limited- We are hiring a Client Services Officer for our client, an Information Technology company in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high-level competency with regard to ensuring that users are optimally satisfied with the use and access of the bank’s IT services/applications in the daily discharge of their responsibilities.
• Ensure Uptime of SCCM servers.
• Assist in the planning, execution, & tracking of the projects.
• Research root cause of problems & escalate to Service Management team & vendor support as necessary.
• Manage problem & service tickets ensuring timely resolution to meet Service Level Agreements
• Participate in Business Continuation / Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, & testing

Competencies

• Knowledge of Microsoft systems including, Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
• Optimization Tuning, High Availability configurations (Microsoft Clustering, etc.).
• Knowledge of local & remote computer system diagnostic tools.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year IT Support experience

Qualifications:

B.sc 2:1 & 2:2 in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics

Salary & other benefits:

N70, 000 monthly, HMO, Pension Leave Allowance
