Job Description of a Community Manger

Community Manger serve as the face of a company. They are generally responsible for managing and handling communications in both directions. Community Managers re involved in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation.

Responsibilities of a Community Manager

• Create and manage the monthly social media calendar.
• Curate appropriate contents for all social media platforms, blog, articles, newsletters, etc.
• Interact with the digital community at large, respond to questions, requests, and complaints.
• Create and monitor online promotions and campaigns.
• Attend networking and industry events, organize events that will. be of great benefit to the organization.
• Create adequate marketing and manage lead generation campaigns strategies.

Requirements

• At-least 2 years working experience creating content for social media.
• Good communication skills and keen attention to details.
