Job Description:

As a Head Receptionist you will be the ambassador of our company’s first impressions on the guests . It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately welcome all incoming guests, help them with any appropriate information that they need while maintaining high level of company confidentiality. You will be professionally in answering phone calls in a polite tone and redirecting calls to respective departments.

You will need:

1) one year or more of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)

2) Must have Strong written and verbal communication skills, Friendly, professional and a confident communicator, with the ability to build relationships quickly

3) Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance, must pay Excellent attention to detail and have a good dress/ fashion sense

4) Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours, must have Basic knowledge of Computer

5) Schedule appointments maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of the appointments

6) Receive payments, record receipts for services and handle and reconcile all petty cash daily

7) Take and resolve complaints from customers and public being positive to negative criticism.
