Job Description
- Working closely and developed good relationships with Customers/Investors.
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring progress, preparing the weekly and monthly project status reports and updates to the HOD.
- Coordinating with team leaders in preparing presentations and other essential tasks as required.
- Overseeing Sales, Marketing and Business Development of the organization through implementation of sales strategies.
- Managing Channel partners and drive sales through them.
- Keeping track of Daily collection and sales.
Execution:
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring progress. Prepared the weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Interacting with clients providing exemplary customer service and build relationships.
- Good Interpersonal Skills, Zeal to deliver on time, focused to achieve organisational goals.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a degree with 1-2 years work experience.
Salary
NGN80,000 - 120,000 / Month.
