    Packmyload, a logistics company, is recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Care Executive in Lagos.

    Position Summary

    • Under general direction receives inbound calls and initiates outbound calls to schedule survey appointments for potential moving customers.
    • Gathers necessary information regarding customers ’ moving needs and offers information regarding various service options offered by Packmyload.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for initiating and answering telephone calls and processing electronic leads to schedule appointments for move quotes.
    • Acts as the primary interface with potential customers, agents, and surveyors to establish and coordinate the details of survey appointments and requests for quotes.
    • Guides potential customers through a specified process of obtaining needed information for their move professionally and courteously and creates move opportunity.
    • Introduces and gauges interest in various value-added services.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Provides ballpark quotes for basic moving services (load, transport, and delivery).
    • Provides quotes and sells stand-alone auto moves.
    • Routes customers to appropriate resources related to inquiries outside the scope of the lead center.
    • Maintains lead center database, creates/maintains various reports as required.
    • Responsible for meeting lead center targets and objectives identified.
    • Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
    • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues
    • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, and working with Office Manager and Operations Manager

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1 - 3 years work experience.
    • Experience in general accounting and office administration
    • Ability to work independently
    • Experience managing teams
    • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
    • Great communication and customer service skills
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Platforms (calendar, drive, email) Positive, outgoing and friendly


    • Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.
