    Job Description

    • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
    • Manage online queries and request from customers on the web and social media in a timely and professional manner.
    • Following the company's call center “scripts” when handling different health challenges from customers
    • Identifying customers’ needs clarify information, research every issue with the department concern and providing solutions for customers
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
    • Keep records of all conversations and information of prospects in a comprehensible way.

    Qualification and Skills

    • Good communication and listening skills
    • Internet, Web Apps and Social Media savvy with Good MS office skills
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure
    • HND/B.Sc in Biological Sciences

    Education

    • Our ideal candidates must possess a Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology or Biological Sciences with relevant ICT/Social media skills and good phone etiquette.
