    Arvo Finance - We are recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Care Representative in Lagos.

    Job Description

    • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the complaint
    • Following up to ensure speedy resolution of the complaint
    • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
    • Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
    • Manage large amounts of incoming and outbound calls
    • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and retention
    • Keep record of interactions with customers; adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
    • Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for calling and inform customers of deals and promotions
    • Work with team members to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered


    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.

    N40,000 - N50,000 / month.
