Job Description
LifeBank is a medical logistics firm that helps in the distribution of medical supplies to hospitals.- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc.
- Minimum of 1 year experience
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English Language
- Must be proactive
- Must possess good sales and communication skills
- Must be a good team player.
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be willing to relocate
