    Rise, a fast-growing Fintech Startup is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. We need an empathetic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, be a quick learner, and a great communicator to be able to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.

    You have:

    • A degree in a relevant field
    • At least one year experience in a customer service role
    • Computer literate, familiar with CRM tools
    • Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
    • Excellent Listening skills
    • Patient and above-average emotional intelligence
    • Attention to detail and organized.

    You'll Be Doing:

    • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face.
    • Handle and respond promptly to customer complaints/inquiries.
    • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
    • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
    • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
