    Madas Finance - Our client, a leading financial service company in Nigeria, is hiring a Customer Service Officer in Lagos, Ikorodu

    Job Description

    This is not limited to the following:

    • Contact client by telephone to sell the company’s service.
    • Receive walk in clients and attend to their needs.
    • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
    • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter into CRM.
    • Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer.
    • Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
    • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisement.
    • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
    • Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
    • Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
    • Receiving Calls and Making call to solve customer questions, inquiries, complains.
    • Analyze the current customer base to identify potential sales opportunities
    • Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions
    • Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.

    Qualification / Experience

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc qualification.
    • Equivalent experience in related field acceptable as well
    • 1-3 years experience in Customer service
    • Must be an intermediate level user of Microsoft office suite {Word, Excel and PowerPoint}
    • Must have passion for Sales
    • Good Telephone skill
    • Must live within Job location (Mile 12,Ikorodu axis)

    Knowledge, Skills and Competency:

    • Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Critical thinking skills, analytical
    • Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box’
    • Skills of persuasion
    • Computer skills
    • Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
    • Must be available full time
    • Proactive
    • People and customer management skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Good English Speaking
    • Good Telephone skill
    • Good customer communication skills
    • Working experience in call center or customer care center

    Salary

    N40,000 monthly.

    Renumeration, attractive Basic and commission plus other benefits.
