    Resource Intermediaries Limited is currently recruiting for her client a prestigious travel agency located in Abuja for the role of a Customer Service Officer.

    Job requirements

    · Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or services.

    · Providing advice on purchasing products or services.

    · Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service

    · Taking or processing orders for a product or service

    · Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

    · Respond to queries via telephone, email or live chat.

    . Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

    Minimum Qualification

    · 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

    . Bsc/HND in any related field

    . Excellent communication and presentation skills

    . Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
