CWAY Group is a multinational company specialized in the production & whole-sale supply of treated water, water dispensers, soft drinks, foods & beverages industry in countries of Africa & Asia. We are hiring a Data Control Officer in Lagos.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly empty bottle data analysis report.
• Prepare payment confirmation.
• Keep Distributors updated on their Opening and Closing stock.
• Ensure Company’s credit approve limit is maintained.
• Prepare VMI, Leakages, Bottle refunds and rewards report.
• Issue Dispenser waybill, Corporate sales invoices.
• Issue out Dispenser parts for Customer Care.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secure financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Qualification/Skills

• B.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in related Role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
