    Workforce Group - we are hiring a Digital Customer Care Representative for our client.

    Description

    • Digital Customer Care Rep will team up with the commercial teams to contribute to the improvement of the digital experience of trade partners in Nigeria.
    • Build strong relation with the customers
    • Activate & Onboard new joiners to the App
    • Execute defined Hypercare plan for all new joiners
    • Daily coverage (Remote & Physical) of customers within assigned area
    • Visit customers to resolve issues requiring physical support
    • Responsible for optimizing customer performance to drive and increase the overall objectives (Active, Response and Success rates)
    • Collect customer feedback
    • Recommends initiatives and changes to improve quality of service for the unit

    Job Requirements
    We are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements:

    • Bsc/HND
    • Not less than 1 year post NYSC experience
    • Not more than 30 years
