Digital Customer Service Representative at George Houston Resources Limited
- George Houston Resources Limited is an integrated Human Resource Services firm registered in Nigeria. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking customer’s order through different social media.
- Processing of forms, applications, and requests through different social media.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries about the products.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND / B.Sc in a related field from a recognized Institution.
- 0 - 1 Year Experience.
- Should be 23 - 30 years old
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a fast finger and must be able to type fast on social media
- Preferably females for gender balance
- Must reside around Maryland, Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, Iyana Ipaja, Oshodi, Shomolu, Bariga.
