- Calendar management
- Conduct research
- Client relations
- Design and maintain a filing system
- Handle information requests
- Organize meetings
- Keep records
- Arrange travel plans
- Typing
- Event planning
- Prepare statistical reports
- Processing expense reports
- Take meeting minutes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Interested candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
