A leading Professional school outfitting firm with branches in Lagos& Abuja requires the services of a Facilities Management Executive.
Core Functions - supervision of cleaning of Head Office and other office locations, liaison with the Cleaning Company, supervision of security services in all locations, evaluation of performance and conduct of guards in all locations, liaison with security company, ensuring a laudable maintenance culture at all office locations (beautification, painting, ambience, parking areas), timely repairs of property in all company locations & follow up with artisans & end users, ensuring that fire safety equipments are installed ®ularly serviced in all locations, organising fire drills and demonstration of use of fire equipment regularly in all locations
The Facilities Management Executive will also act as a back up for the Administrative& Logistics Executive.
Core competencies - ability to multi task, prioritization skills, innovativeness.
Minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma with proven experience of at least 2 years as a Facilities Management Executive.
